Our family has owned and managed apartment buildings throughout Los Angeles and  Pasadena for over fifty years and three generations. Our grandparents, Hy and Rose, started the company in the 1960's as Shulman Realty, and we proudly carry their names and legacy as we run the business today. Many of our managers and maintenance staff have worked for decades in these residences—they know them inside and out! Together we look forward to welcoming you to your new home.
